Returns

Not happy with your purchase? You can make a return within 15 days from the date of shipment for  store credit or refund. Products marked Final Sale cannot be returned.
 
Return Conditions

  1. J.WHITE accepts returns of unused items by mail within 15 days from the date of shipment.

  2. Items must be in original selling condition with all tags attached.

  3. MUST NOT have been removed or altered. The item MUST NOT show any signs of wear or it will be returned to you without  a refund. For swimwear, customers must try on items wearing undergarments. If returned, the Protective Hygienic Clear Liners Strip   

  4. The following items will NOT be accepted:

  •  Final sale items.

  • Incomplete, damaged, worn, altered and washed returns or anything J.WHITE reasonably believes has been used.

  • Swimsuits that have been tried on in direct skin contact or show signs of wear.

  • Swimsuits with Protective Hygienic Liner Strip removed or altered.

  • We are only able to accept merchandise purchased from www.jwhiteshop.com

Returns that do not comply with the J.WHITE Return Policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.


How To Return An Item
To request a return label email us at 
jwhite@jwhiteshop.com or call 1 (718) 582-3007. J.WHITE customer care will provide you with a return label and a $7.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

In the event you choose to return an item using your own shipping method, please return the item(s) specifying the reason you are returning the item and contact us for the address to ship your item to. J.WHITE will contact you if there are any issues.
 
J.WHITE reserves the right to refuse the refund of any merchandise that does not meet our refund condition requirements.
