Not happy with your purchase? J.WHITE will assist you with a prompt exchange, given that it abides by our exchange policy. There are no refunds, exchanges only.
Exchange Conditions
1. J.WHITE accepts exchanges of unused items by mail within 15 days from the date of shipment.
2. Items must be in original selling condition with all tags attached.
3. For swimwear, customers must try on items wearing undergarments. If returned, the Protective Hygienic Clear Liners Strip MUST NOT have been removed or altered. The item MUST NOT show any signs of wear or it will be returned to you without a refund. 
4. The following items will NOT be accepted:

  •        Final sale items.

  •        Incomplete, damaged, worn, altered and washed returns or anything J.WHITE reasonably believes has been used. 

  •        Swimsuits that have been tried on in direct skin contact or show signs of wear.

  •        Swimsuits with Protective Hygienic Liner Strip removed or altered.

How To Exchange An Item
In the event that a return label is not included with your purchase, J.WHITE customer care is more than happy to provide a return label, free of charge.

In the event you choose to return an item using your own shipping method, please return the item(s) specifying the reason you are exchanging the item and contact us for the address to ship your item to. J.WHITE will contact you if there are any issues
J.WHITE reserves the right to refuse the exchange of any merchandise that does not meet our exchange condition requirements.


Orders take 3 business days to process. After processing the purchase orders are shipped via USPS and should arrive within 7 business days or sooner.

Original order shipping and delivery costs are non-refundable
